We are looking for energetic FOH Team Members who are versatile and multi-skilled!

*Work through our interview steps and if we both feel all warm and fuzzy inside about your future with Maine Shack, lunch is on us!*

This isn't your typical restaurant job where you bust your butt until 2am every day. We have a few daily tasks that need to get done, obviously, but once those are complete, you're golden. Our culture is fun, our team is a riot, and in the end, we all have the same goal: sling lobster rolls, have a blast doing it, and get your tasks done. Everyone's happy, and we promise, it's not rocket science.

*This position can be full-time or part-time* *Pay ends up being between $26-$30 an hour with tips*

We opened our first brick + mortar in Denver, Colorado in late July, 2019 with a stellar response from food lovers. Whether our guests are New Englanders looking for that nostalgic taste of home or first-timers hoping to expand their lobstah knowledge, our menu holds true to authentic East Coast fare. This has resulted in a bright future in regards to growth for the brand and those who share our vision for the concept. We are excited to be open our second brick + mortar location in Boulder, CO (coming late summer 2023)!

THE DETAILS:

When you hear the term, "fast-casual," what do you think of? Those large drive-through corporations with their greasy beef patties, crusty old buns, and less than desirable service, right? Let us adjust that association for you. Our Lobster is flown in fresh a few times a week from Stonington, Maine (packed in the sea water it lived in), our buttery split-top hot dog buns are baked specifically for us at Breadworks in Boulder, and our roast beef is tenderly cut into thin slices of heaven and placed onto a pillowy potato roll and then topped with tangy BBQ sauce and a delightful little squeeze of mayo. This isn’t fast food; it's fast-casual. And since we're modeled after authentic New England seafood shacks, walking through our doors feels like you've just been slapped in the face by the Atlantic Ocean.

If you love working with honest, lively, diligent individuals (with a hint of East Coast wit), Maine Shack is where you need to be!

A Typical Day at the Shack Looks Like:

• Taking orders and successfully operating a POS system
• Knowledge of our menu and ability to explain items
• Running food to guests
• Processing payments
• Cleaning and maintaining stations while practicing good safety and sanitation
• Assisting with the cleaning and organization of FOH areas
• Restocking items as needed throughout the shift
• Adhering to all sanitation and food production codes
• Possessing a sunny disposition towards guests

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
